Online Ordering & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are accepted only if the request is received within 6 hours of order placement.
- Orders will not be dispatched if the customer does not respond to the confirmation call.

Prepaid (non-COD) order cancellations: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 1-2 weeks.
