Return and Refund Policy

 Clazona ensures that all delivery parcels are prepared and checked with maximum safety and precaution to ensure they reach customers without damage or breakage. However, if a customer receives a damaged parcel, Clazona will replace it under the following conditions:

  • Damage complain must be initiated within 8 hours of parcel receipt.
  • The damaged product(s) must be returned within 3 business days of order delivery. 
  • The returned product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with company seal intact.
  • Same product(s) will be replaced against damaged products(s)
  • All damage complains must be accompanied by invoice number.

  • Customers are advised not to accept orders if the parcel’s seal is open or damaged.
  • All complains will be processed in the order of received.
  • Customers must provide clear pictures and videos as evidence for damage product to initiate a complain.

  • The cost of returning the damaged parcel will be borne by the customer

  • All complaints and returns will be processed from Clazona's head office in Karachi

Complaints will be entertained Monday to Friday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays). If the same product is out of stock, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to exchange for another product. Clazona don’t offer refund in any other condition.
